I just received an informational letter from Octel addressed to their shareholders. Octel management seems to be very positive about the present and near future.

To quote: "In addition , we built backlog this quarter (unusual for a third quarter), implemented numerous efficiencies in our operations, won significant contracts, displaced numerous competitors and shipped our VIS 1.1 software release. The backlog for Octel Network Services is very large and the funnel for new orders is huge".

If these statements are all true are we looking at a share price of $20 to $30 in the next few months? Adjectives such as unusual, large and huge are very encouraging in the above context.
