Dawg, the way the deal is with APNT and CMRC, today's close is pretty close to where it should be. Each shareholder of APNT will receive .80 shares of CMRC for each share they hold of APNT. Today's close APNT 33.3125 CMCR 43 43 X .80% = 34.4
