Bill, Tandem still does the majority in proprietary (as opposed to other hardware vendors). They went to UNIX a couple of years ago only to please the telco's. NT was the a choice Roel Pieper took a year ago. But it still doesn't mean a lot (as in part of turnover). Takeover can be done only in a friendly way, as they are a Delaware company (just in order to prevent this). Wilfried Wilfried
