ADI licensing from Amati does sound good. We certainly need more
details. Yes, Mr. Fishman has said to you that he'll license, but
it was very clear, only if it was "nominal". And he placed much
more emphasis that he did not need to nor intend to license from
Amati except if it was a reasonable amount.

The question is, did Amati become more reasonable, if so, how
much more reasonable. Or was Mr. Fishman posturing for a
negotiation stance. It sounded like the former, however I
hope I read(heard) him wrong and hope you read(heard)
him right. Lunch on me if you're right?
