re. CFMT, it doesn't look like a very appealing company. They are losing tons of money, and that's during a huge upturn in the industry.

If MTSN buys this company, I don't see how it would be good for MTSN's stock. Acquisitions usually hurt the stock of the acquiring company, and in addition, this one looks like it will be badly dilutive rather than accretive to earnings and cashflow.

There must be something positive that I'm overlooking ... what is it?
