Yes ZOOX's problem is probably mainly due to their distribution model while my guess is that one of CRDS' major OEMs is looking soft for the quarter. Does anyone know what the Morgan Keegan analyst gave as a reason for the the downgrade? Something about slowing revenue growth? It's looking pretty crappy here for management with all their recent sales of stock. I can't blame them for selling some at $150. But they should be busting their collective butts to make sure this and future quarters meet expectations. I don't think we deserved to be painted with the same brush ZOOX was. ZOOX is going to be digging out of their hole for awhile (9 mo's at least) from the sound of things.
