I'll take a closer look at the filing. I'm not enough of a finance whiz to know what it means at first glance. Off the top of my head, it makes no sense to dilute the share value further unless they expect significant new investment soon. The temporary drop to 13/16 Monday was interesting. I would like to think that someone is manipulating the price to drive out current shareholders, anticipating a runup soon when earnings (or other news) are announced. Volume Monday was double the recent average; somebody is still putting some money in. I'm also encouraged by the fact that no one has hopped on this thread to hype SSII. Whatever happens should be based on financial reality instead of momentum plays. No reply to my recent E-mail to SSII; eager to hear what you can find out from the CFO if you call. Good luck as always.
