Using technicals as an end in itself to trade is a good way at best to make nickels and dimes unless you employ momentum strategies. It can also leave yourself open to getting whipsawed to death and getting stopped out before the big moves to the upside and downside take place ( if you short) unless you hedge your bet. Do you hedge?

Using Technicals without Fundamentals is Chaos. Is that what the "Mexican Jumping Bean" analogy refers to?

PS I'm not impressed with a biased technical trader: "Only touch ABX with a pole, I wouldn't buy it."
