i2's TradeMatrix Will Offer J.D. Edwards' OneWorld Suite of Applications Targeted at B2B Start-up Companies

Edwards OneWorld(R) suite of applications hosted within the TradeMatrix(TM) environment.
Under the agreement, J.D. Edwards will provide its solution suite within TradeMatrix and i2 will become the first worldwide distributor of J.D. Edwards' OneWorld. i2 and J.D. Edwards will provide these TradeMatrix solutions to key industries, including their respective base of customers. In addition, the two companies will initiate joint marketing campaigns.
