Zeev, I agree with you but my suggestion was as a complementary source and not as the only source.

Also I forgot to mention the issue of tide energy and sea waves, real complimentary energy source which was abandoned in the mid 80thies.

If we add also the new nuclear power conversion it may add to less oil consumption.

It is understandable that we could not capture all of teh sun energy but if we will get to 10% that would be an great achievment.
