Hi Rande, that was funny to read as, really, I'm just a regular investor, but I'll be happy to answer your questions.

1. Are you in any way related to the company or its employees? Contractually? Through PR Firm? Any other way?

No.

2. Do you work for a brokerage house or any other equity firm? If so, which?

No.

3. Are you a private investor / trader?

Yes, a private investor. Don't trade much at all but I think I might start doing a little at some point.

4. Do you work in Public Relations or Investor Relations?

Nope.

5. Do you currently hold shares in LPTHA long, short or both?

I hold only long shares and have since December of 97. At that time, I wanted to invest in future technologies and especially in light (it wasn't hot back then). I wanted part of my money placed on a wild card. When I did some digging, I came across Lightpath and it just struck me. I bought shares for myself and bought some as gifts for others. Don't really know why this particular company got my attention. It was just an intuitive thing. I just like this company. I'm as regular an investor as you will find. I wasn't living in New Mexico at the time I invested. I've only been in Santa Fe since the end of March.

Don't know what else to say.
