from what i understand, virtual will be the tse listed company, and libra and wws will be "reporting issuers" I think they will try to merge libra with another company and keep wws as it is. lets face it, there's nothing in wws anyways and even if they get the 25m, half goes to dundee and the other half goes to dundee to pay off the other loans. anyone have any idea as to the size of the new company?
