I would like to know why USTI thinks its latest acquisition is a good match for the company. What was the other company's software used for? Is USTI extending its market share in government software and into Canada or is USTI just buying up any software that they can get for a good price? How does this help USTI and its shareholders? The press release was very lacking in information as far as an acquisition is concerned.
