The US approval was recent so I think sales will only really starting now.

It's pretty clear that this is an exclusive market, and you need the backing of big players.
The alliance is key and this is what will push the stock. I will guess that the stock will again start moving for no reason, as leaks of any deal start to filter out.
My guess is we are not to far off from this point.
