Another possible reason is projected electrical generation shortfalls this summer across the U.S. A lot on Nuclear capacity is off line for various reasons and most will be made up with oil and gas fired generation. I don't think people realize how much CT capacity has been added by electrical utitlties in the last few years and what an affect it will have on summer demand for gas and oil.
