Do you see there being any signs of sector rotation within the NASDAQ?

I have the bulk of my holdings in telecom networks/bandwidth providers, and these guys have been under pressure for a while. There is much concern about the ongoing financing of their buildouts, which I think is way overblown.

I'm thinking that once the rotation begins, my portfolio ought to begin to be revitalized. This is not to say that I haven't seen improvement, but I think that the bulk of the gains are in a few other sectors. As profits come out of those, I expect to see some money flowing in my direction.
