The trick is, any time Mr. Kim announces a ton of money going into Korea, you sort of have to step back and wonder. "Hmmmm. Are the contracting companies will all be friends of Kim?" etc. . .Perhaps some people are worried? Oh well, perhaps I'll pick up some options since I think I'm done buying stock. I have a hard time imagining someone (other than Kim) manipulating this stock. 45M float isn't big, but it is not that small either. . .Today's move represents about 400M market cap change--now that IS pretty big.
