disu: Since you have been very helpful to many of us here, we owe you the best we can do in the way of an answer. Terayon's SCDMA is cable and wireline only. No way, no how, zilch is it wireless (or if so, not mobile). Qualcomm has zero competition from TERN. They have different areas of operation. Best. Chaz
