Licensing fees.

Mark, the one comforting thought I find in that announcement is the fact that royalty and licensing fees went up from $143K to $727K. Even after deducting P&G's payment in the 3rd quarter ($250K ?)that still shows an increase of $334K for royalty payments. That money must be coming in from the Canadian and European deals ZILA has inked.

I don't know if any of you have access to the AOL board, but there are several messages there about some ZILA insiders selling some of their shares. One message claims that Joe Hines sold 18,000 shares at a price near $8.50. Somebody on AOL must have a subscription to one of those insider transaction newsletters. Let's hope Hines needed to pay for a daughter's wedding or maybe he got tired of the old pickup and decided to buy a new Rolls. Whatever the case, this still leaves Joe Hines with a lot more shares than I own so I'm not
too concerned ....yet. Regards. Julio
