I understand the strategic importance, and the financial benefits, of the Intel Capitol investments. A link to your response to my post on the ITXC deal:

It's much easier for folks to follow established valuation rules, than it is for them to think through a new value system for investment results. If a $10 investment in XYZ company is coupled with a technology sharing agreement that makes better XYZ products, and that is coupled with Intel becoming a customer of XYZ company, how does that effect the potential of the $10 investment? If XYZ companies products increase the sales of Intel products, what is the incremental value to that $10 investment? The $10 certainly has more value than an individual or institution buying the same amount of common stock.

Good luck convincing the investment community that Intel Capitol is more than the sum of it's parts.
