Yep, 700,000. But then they confessed that they've been cheating all along, and that the real increase will be minus the cheat. So 400,000 net increase. Take away about 150,000 bpd from Russia and you're left with a miniscule increase. I think they also said they're going to get rid of this 22-28 price band concept.

IOW, expect some more releases from the SPR soon.
