Anyone here willing to venture a prediction that Canaccord is putting the screws to Cowpland before consumating their financing agreement?

That's what I would do, were I them. Get CORL locked into my financing offer and then dicker for terms that would provide more security for my capital, namely the managerial shakeup that shareholders are demanding.

Cowpland's resignation or demotion could easily be worth 4-5 points for CORL, and would equate to Canaccord locking in a nice profit permium.
