I will be most pleased to see Q* and the royalty consortium negotiate in perpetuity

Ben, let's clear this up right now:

1. QCOM is not negotiating with any royalty consortium. Q is negotiating with individual companies.
2. The consortium must negotiate amongst themselves.
3. I am waiting for a case to be made that contrary to the public statements of Dr. J and the rest of Q management, that Q benefits by delays in WCDMA deployment.

Cramer made the point on one of his recent rants that the problem he has with owning QCOM the stock is that too many of the holders are rabidly in love with it, to the point of wearing blinders. Beginning to wonder if he is correct about QCOM holders (versus the fundamental company - about which he is basically clueless.)

BTW, still long low five figure shares (including LEAPS and LEAP spreads) so not here to pour cold water.
