Keith ---I can understand the logic with Brazil ---If we want a fair playing field why are we (USA ) not demanding a fair playing field in China ? We have a trade deficit of about six billion annualy with a country that is not using a technology that is supposed to be equal if not superior to GSM ? It really bothers me that China Unicom is using our capital markets to buy an European product ? When does the Government stands up to give our companies a "fair playing field " ? BEST WISHES BILL PS If I was DR J I would be all over Congress on this issue .
