Thanks to you and Shalom for the thread. Something we all need. Now that I am a kid at 45 I have found the need for better diet and nutrition. Margaret-I have found that some brands work much better than others, may sound like a health nut, but I just took by 35 vitamin and mineral pills (most from Shaklee-they work better than others). May sound like an overshot but the doctors tried for 3 years to get my blood pressure acceptable, now it is very low.
To our Good Health, our Good God, and good investing (not in that order).
