After doing some DD and contacting sources we feel that the involvement with AMF Bowling Centres Inc. is a major coup for Zone.
First, AMF is the"IBM" of bowling manufacturers, a leader in their field.
But , as well, the terms of the agreement are VERY advantageous to Zone.
Under these terms , we believe, the equipement is being supplied by AMC at no upfront cost. Revenues from any established sites after two years will be divided on a percentage basis based on the bowling revenue [not including restaraunt and beverage sales]nor interest on the value of the equipement.
Such a deal could only have been structured if AMC had great confidence in Zone Management ,their business plan and their review of the two sites already established by Zone.
No greater endosement of Zone could be exhibited than the above arrangements and bodes well for the continued growth of the company. It most certainly will allow for a faster build out of future sites and we look forward to announcements of such plans.
Again do your own DD, check for yourself and see if this company has the growth prospects we envision to warrant taking a position in the Stock.
Good luck to all.
