That radical racist, Jesse Jackson is trying to make it a federal issue. Somebody needs to make him understand, that the decision rests with the parole board, and Bush cannot make any ruling until they have made their decision. This is a political ploy, and nothing more. Parole board doesn't seem like it should be the deciding body but, I'm almost sure that's what I heard on the noon news.
