You are correct, historically Q3 and Q4 are the weakest. It would not be fair to compare Q4 to Q3 and or this years quarter's to last due to the restructuring of the ministries. All I can say is, things have improved year over year and I still can't figure out why TOM is still in the dumps. All I can suggest to TOM's management is that they appear to be doing a great job running the business and now should concentrate on increasing shareholder value where it counts, in the stock price.
