Max, it may not be good long term, but I have seen cases were the bandits run the stock first, particularly if immediate repricing was negotiated out (the one year delay, a grace period for MSTR to show its stuff?) After that year, if MSTR bottom line performance (or well ahead, since I think we will be in a bear market this time next year) is not so hot, then a death spiral could evolve. The clip you showed had yearly repricing unlike the average trailing price before conversion in a "normal" floorless, that might be quite a difference. Zeev
