Having my shares covering leap calls does not stop me from participating in AMD's future growth, should it continue. It just puts some limits on the rate of growth in exchange for a premium now. It also allows for some nice tax advantages as well. It is a wise strategy, imho, for one who isn't trying to get rich. You guys keep swinging for the fences. I'll be happy with basehits. Good luck.
