JDSU is a strong growth engine but i like agilent better. not only do you get their optical equp. business; you also get a strong communication chip business and a rapidly growing biotech array and testing business - three of the best growth businesses in the world.

BTW, if you like optics and fiber et. al., checl out MRVC which is about to IPO several companies in this area and may have as much growth potentil as JDSU at a much lower price. you'll have to do a little reading because there's a lot there.
