Actually the German on RG only said that DT was raising billions (which they are) and once the money's there a letter of intent to purchase UIS will be consummated. I don't know if it's true but it does make sense in that they raised 14 bill which would be exactly what UIS would cost at $45 cash per share. Certainly companies like UIS, NOVL, IFMX which are near their lows and not big enough to dominate by themselves are takeover candidates. What does that mean? We'll only know when and if it happens. But I didn't sell at 27 the other day because I have faith UIS will go higher. I'd like to see it back in the 29-33 area anyway excluding anymore buy-out talk. UIS did well today closing near 26. It wasn't really down as an after hours trade ticked it from 24 3/4 to 26 somehow yesterday. What was that all about, huh? Actually UIS was up 11/16.
