ok, take out pro-forma good will and such and you get $0.12 EPS for 9 months ending March 31, 2000 for JDSU. I have expected EPS of $0.39 & $0.62 for 2000 and 2001. How much goodwill is in those numbers for JDSU? Maybe the forward PEG is more reasonable if there still some goodwill in those estimates.

Now a 2nd question to you. How large is the fiber business at Agilent, how profitable is it and how fast is it growing? What would you value just THAT part of Agilent given the valuation of JDSU?
