But the longer time goes on, the more remote that possibility seems. The Board is finalizing their acquisition with that Satellite Teleport company whereby their CEO will now head DDEV. It seems the in-fighting is over with so we should see some progress now. I believe DDEV's technology competes with DSL and T1 for buildings in Manhattan to start and then cities around the world. The direct wireless to cell phone, PDA or PC is a different market altogether. Their new teleport will allow them to grow quickly as they will no longer have to wait for the local loop connection. This should be a huge buy. The question is whether they can market quickly. I hope they partner with the many DSL resellers (a new wireless option).
