If true, assuming one continues to make money, having a call spread around each year (growing with your assets) could delay tax gains again and again, until you're ready to extract the funds... much like a 401(k) is sheltered. This must be too good to be true... but I'll see what can find out via my tax guy and the web. If you find out please post info and or links. Tim
