Does anyone know if CHST's proposed merger with Macheezmo Mouse has been completed? As far as I can tell, Macheezmo Mouse no longer trades, and that its last trade may have occured late in May or early this month at $.25/share. In the news release announcing the proposed acquisition, CHST said that the transaction would be share for share, which means that CHST's share base would expand by some as yet unknown amount. I'm interested to know what the terms were.
Here's a link to a Yahoo profile of Macheezmo Mouse.

I got it by typing "Macheezmo Mouse" into Metacrawler, but a Yahoo stock quote search no longer fetches any information. Rather tragically, the Oregonian reported that Macheezmo Mouse Chairman and founder William Warren and his children died on Thanksgiving of last year when a plane he was flying crashed, thus creating a situation in which smaller closely held companies are often sold because the heirs haven't the interest or skills to run the business as well as for estate tax purposes.

If the deal has been completed, perhaps some of the newly converted CHST shares, owned by former Macheezmo Mouse shareholders, will find their way back into the market.
