Registry Magic and Triax Technology Inc. Cross-License Software
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2000--Registry Magic, Incorporated today announced the completion of an agreement with Triax Technology Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of KS Telecom, to cross license software for integrated voice applications. KS Telecom develops and markets enterprise phone systems with integrated PBX and voice mail capability. Registry Magic is a leader in developing realistic speech recognition applications that listen, understand, and respond to the user. The cross-licensing agreement will enable both companies to provide an enhanced, integrated solution to the typical interactive voice response (IVR) application.
