Cowpland announced that everything was "perfect", then this toxic equity financing deal was announced. So then they let the due date pass which allows them to sell even more newly minted shares: them must have tripled the dilution which we all know was bad enough. During this period, the entity who bought the shares is publicly touting the company with Bozo the Cowpland making more irresponsible statements about the company's wonderful situation in the background.

All the while this stock is doing its best bungee cord imitation during some of the wildest manipulation I have seen in years. All that activity and all those dollars just changed hands over a press release with nothing to back it up but continued silence. The irony is that this magically vanishing deal would have likely ended in the company's liquidation.
