announcing the launch of Sprint PCS (NYSE: PCS - news), or Personal Communication Services, for consumers and

To celebrate the launch of Sprint PCS Service in New Bern, North Carolina, Sprint PCS is offering a limited-time offer
to new customers in the area. Customers who select the New Sprint PCS Free & Clear Plan by July 9, 2000, can
receive 700 minutes per month for $39.99 per month. This includes 300 local anytime minutes, 300 night and weekend
minutes, plus 100 anytime minutes if a one-year Sprint PCS Advantage Agreement is signed. This Sprint PCS Free &
Clear Plan is good for as long as they are a customer and includes features like Voicemail and Caller ID that work the
same way anywhere on the Sprint PCS nationwide wireless network.
