What if a Brazilian company got organized to produce 1800 mhz handsets and infrastructure, in cooperation with the companies with a license to use that waveband? WHY? give up standard worldwide products to produce non std. for Brazil only? So QCOM stock price can go up?? Are we so in love with Q that we are starting to lose our logic?
