Well, the bell has started to ring clearer. I did see some promise initially in social programs that give people or groups a boost. Whether that is through training or incentives, it seemed ok. There was always a criteria attached though that those who qualified had to show that there is an economic disparity that justifies the program. Now I clearly see more of the blackmail thing happening.
