While I'm waiting for my trade confirmation to be reported back to me, I thought I'd do a search to see if there was a good thread to piss and moan about Schwab.... and whadya know. I put in a very sizable order in at 11:06 am and here it is 12:15 and the Velocity software says "OPEN". I even had time to call and complain to a Schwab rep on the phone during the course of the wait. I'm locked up, even though I was temporarily in the red ... now I'm in the money on XOM for a quick scrape, but.... AH HECK.... maybe Ameritrade needs my business (they're cheaper anyway). ammend: Just got my confirmation. I feel a little better. Order got filled at 1/4 point better than my limit. It just now (at 12:26) reported back to me though. Coulda been worse :)
