For your info: Doctors get females to sign a wavier stating that they are not to get pregnant while on accutane and the females MUST be on Oral contraceptives while they are on accutane.Therefore patients know the risk. In addition it is not a first line treatment. Usually the last line of defense. But seriously Acne is something cosmetic, certainly acne causes social issues but not " fast trackable" reasons.
