Anyone holding CS thru earnings? The annual report is not clear on how the break-up will effect the average shareholder. It states that an IPO will be offered for each spin-off and that shares will be set aside for employees and officers. It sounds as if this will be option to buy. The annual report does not state what the shareholder will receive for his shares yet we are being asked to vote on the issue. Anyone have any thoughts? jb.
