The same bulldogresearch.com shows 12 month price targets on QCOM varying from 50 to 250. This is a huge range and therefore indicates an unusual amount of uncertainty. I began to re establish a position in QCOM a few days ago. So far only small initial purchases. The right piece of news could remove much of the uncertainty and have a dramatic effect on the stock price. NOK should remember what the Japanese have done to other European consumer electronic companies. In the long run they will need every edge they can get.
