AC, Think about putting in half of your potential investment in VTSS now and wait for a pull-back to use the remainder. That way you'll only be half wrong (or right!) if the market turns against the stock for a while. Long term VTSS is a good emerging company. That Fab start-up will cost $$$ and time to get turning profits if it's like most new facilities. Contingencies don't ever take into account enough the TIME element. My own account is about 50% cash reserve right now; hence my recommendation. Best regards and good luck with VTSS, Tom
