<<Well, after a long three-month period of watching Internet
stocks either plummet or move sideways, the tide has indeed
turned. Over the past couple of weeks, we suspected this
turn was forthcoming because of the strong action of
numerous individual stocks. Specifically, many beaten down
Internet issues began recovering rapidly on strong volume,
while some Internet stocks even plowed ahead to new highs.
This was our first sign that the Internet market was
improving.

Of course, the second and more important sign of an
improved market was the recent i-TIMER buy signal, just
flashed on Monday. This indicator has done a great job
keeping us on the right side of the intermediate-term
market trend. It flashed a buy signal back in August of
last year, just as the Internet Index was launching off its
bottom. After more than seven months of positive readings
(and a 89% gain in the Internet Index), the i-TIMER turned
negative on April 3. We all know what followed. And now
we have a new buy signal that is telling us it's time to
become aggressive with respect to Internet stocks.>> cobot
