I hardly ever use Stocrsi, most of the stocks are trending, they aren't going to be at a oversold 30 reading, that might come later for entry.

Yes this market to me yells short term, Look to systems with 7 day trades.Linear trend, 13 day WMA with 3 day lead. When you say I am not getting much to look at- It all depends on what YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. If the scan results don't look like buys out of box based on what you want, wait for that to occur, they should be in watch list.
