Shep - Actually it looks a little worse. An SEC document suggests that MAGN is doing a public offering for 2000000 shares. Needless to say this waters down the stock you and I own. I couldn't really figure out who was selling the 14,000 shares. Let me know if you can figure out anything else about the public offering. Go to this address: edgar-online.com
