GYMB is in trouble but the scenario for a come back is in place: falling stock to well below book value, placement of shares at low price, insider purchase of shares (the fact that this was contingent upon placement is irrelevant - money is money), bullish insider situation in Retail/Apparel (see InsiderTrader at host.insidertrader.com )

What's missing? Usually a poison pill is filed at about this time.
